"No one who cooks, cooks alone. Even at her most solitary, a cook in the kitchen is surrounded by generations of cooks past, the advice and menus of cooks present, the wisdom of cookbook writes"

“Cooking is like painting or writing a song. Just as there are only so many notes or colors, there are only so many flavors—it’s how you combine them that sets you apart.”

"Women of my generation were keen – rightly – not to be tied to the stove, but the ramifications of this were that they felt a sense of dread in the kitchen. How can this be good for anyone? I also feel that to denigrate any activity because it has traditionally been associated with the female sphere is in itself anti-feminist." —Nigella Lawson

This is a great blog about Mexican cuisine, very well structured with all kinds of recipes, including traditional and Texmex. I would love to be able to organize my blog just as well.
RamenRamenRamen

It is a very complete blog, with reviews, recipes and tips, based not only on ramen, but on Japanese food in general. I would like it to be a little easier to read but there are still a lot of great things in this blog.
101 cookbooks
This blog of healthy vegetarian and vegan recipes is incredible. It is great inspiration especially when you want to lead a healthier life. The art and design are beautiful and generate a lot of harmony, I hope one day to do something like that.
